Cooperative trick-taking
The Crew: The Quest for Planet Nine
A familiar trick-taking structure becomes a shared problem with restricted communication. The group must coordinate outcomes while respecting what players are allowed to reveal about their cards. The mission matters more than simply winning every trick.
What to watch for
Start by following one legal trick: the lead, the obligation to follow suit and the winning card. Then watch how a task changes the desired outcome. Communication rules deserve their own explanation, because unrestricted tactical discussion would remove a central part of the puzzle.

At your first table
If anyone is new to trick-taking, practise with visible hands before resetting for an actual mission. Keep task information visible and resist narrating hidden cards through gestures or advice. After an unsuccessful mission, discuss what the team could infer from legal information. A replay can be useful without turning an uncertain decision into somebody's fault.
A video helps explain the flow. Use the rulebook and official corrections for your copy to resolve a rules question.
